    Skinny Zucchini Ziti -- (8) 1 cup servings, 5 WW points per serving -- >1 jar Prego Light (you can use any kind of spaghetti sauce but it will make the point value more) >1 13.25-oz. box whole wheat penne, uncooked >2 cups fat free cottage cheese >2 cups skim mozzarella cheese, shredded >2 medium zucchini cut into 1/4" slices >1 Tablespoon fresh oregano (finely chopped) >1 Tablespoon fresh basil (finely chopped) >1/2 teaspoon black pepper -- In a large mixing bowl combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella, oregano, basil, and black pepper. In the slow cooker, spoon in a layer of Prego, penne, zucchini slices, and cheese mixture. Repeat layers ending with Prego. As you spread the cheese layer be careful to keep it away from the edge of the slow cooker about an 1". Cheese tends to burn if touching the sides while cooking. Cover and cook on low for approximately 2 hours or until penne noodles are Al Dente. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving. (from - from Skinny Crock Pot)

Crock Pot Angel Chicken – Combine Italian dressing mix, cream cheese, butter, soup & broth. Pour over chicken. It turned out great. It was very flavorful & a breeze to make. Dump everything into the crockpot & boil some water for the pasta when you get home from work & voila! Dinner in 10 minutes!

Creamy Crockpot Spaghetti - I don't love crockpot recipes that require you to do a step in the middle, as you can't really turn it on and forget about it. But, this intrigues me and it looks like it would feed a small army.

Crock pot chicken curry - This is delicious! I added a LOT of diced carrots. We serve with basmati rice and a side of cucumber, tomato and onion salad. Diet friendly, but portion control is the real issue here :)

I made this last night with a couple of substitutions and it was great! I used a half a bag of frozen mixed veggies and I used leftover rotisserie chicken which I waited to add during the last two hours of cooking - long enough for it to get good and hot, but not mushy. Family loved it!

Crock Pot Hawaiian BBQ Chicken- This turned out wonderful! I used sweet baby rays BBQ sauce as well as some ginger orange marinade . Served over white rice everyone loved it . My kids requested it for dinner tomorrow too! One a one to five this gets a 5!

Pizza In a Crock Pot. We had this tonight and it was delish. I used an entire box of pasta rather than just 3 cups. Also used a cup less of cheese and there was still plenty on there. It was good!

Made this Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken from skinnytaste tonight. It was easy to prep and really tasty! I added a can of green chiles since I couldn't find tomatoes w/chiles. It was really a good addition!
