Crock pot pumpkin butter... NOT for canning. I made this with fresh pumpkin. Cut pie pumpkins in half, roasted at 375 until soft and then pureed the flesh with the maple syrup from the recipe. This is delicious, but a little heavy on the ginger. I will cut back on the ginger and up the cinnamon next time. Put in canning jars in the freezer.
