whenever i give up on a workout i always wonder what id look like if i would have stuck to it 3 months ago but whenever i start i want to stop-constant battle. just gotta do it.
Don't give in! Stop practicing the binge, once you get that feeling that you can control your bingeing....keep it!!
Be a boss. Don't cancel.
