Warm Toasted Marshmallow S'more Bars 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 cup butter or margarine, melted 3 cups milk chocolate chips (18 oz) 4 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows Heat oven to 375°F. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
S’mores Cheesecake Bars ~ 16 oz cream cheese, 1 C powdered sugar, 8 oz whipped cream, 1 t vanilla, 1 C mini marshmallows, 1 C chocolate chips, 14 to 16 graham crackers, 4 oz marshmallow fluff. Mix cream cheese, sugar - chocolate chips; layer half crackers in foil lined 9x9 pan; spoon in filling; layer crackers; freeze 4 hr; spread on fluff and toast with kitchen torch.
