Indonesian Grilled Swordfish (Serves 6) I've made this many times, and it's to die for. I only marinate the Swordfish for an hour or so, otherwise it's too salty and strong. Also, be sure to pat the fish dry before broiling it, otherwise it won't get crispy. You can always boil the extra marinade for a few minutes for those who like it on the side.
