This parfait is a perfectly healthy treat everyone’s sure to love. Place two tablespoons of crushed cookies in the base of two sundae or parfait style glasses. Layer with half cup of yogurt, half cup of fresh berries, peaches & apricots, and one tablespoon more of the cookies. Now, top with half cup of yogurt, remaining cookies, toasted almonds, a drizzle of honey and serve!
I made the California sushi rice bowl from this link. It turned out amazing! I didn't make the sauce drizzle. I just used lemon juice and soy sauce and it tasted great! I tried toasting the black sesame seeds and that was a bust so we had them untoasted
