*Crock Pot Green Beans & Bacon* I used 4 slices bacon to 2 1/2 pounds beans. I also used frozen beans. I left the garlic out as I didn't really want that flavor and I used 1 tsp. of salt to the 2 1/2 pounds of beans. I could have probably even cut down to 3/4 tsp. Turned out very good.
