JLH... Paper Bag Fall Tree. Fun! Probably a project for older elementary students. I could use this as a science project; I could use this as a word tree and have them add adjectives, verbs, nouns, adverbs, etc. that reflect autumn vocabulary. This would also creatively decorate the classroom in a very simple and fall way.

Paper Bag Trees...We made these but for the Spring season using green, pink and white tissue paper as leaves and flowers...Came out very cute!

Paper Bag Fall Tree - I made this a thankfulness tree. I had the students write something they are thankful for on each leaf, and we made a sign hanging from the tree that said "I'm Thankful for..."

Paper trees. Unfortunately the link does not go to the directions for this, but they look pretty easy - decorate paper cones or use scrapbook paper, snip them around the bottom, and string together.

Make Christmas tree ornaments from folded paper or old book pages. Add a piece of paper for a trunk. Punch a hole at the top for adding twine or ribbon for hanging. There are many printables you can use, some are Christmas songs - would make a more festive look.
