Cinnamon Roll Pulls: Whip 1/2c soft butter + 1/4c icing sugar; stir in 1/4c honey + 1tsp vanilla. Cut round sourdough loaf lengthwise into 1/2" slices (don't cut thru bottom). Spread butter mix btwn slices. Cut bread crosswise into 1/2" slices; spread with more butter mix. Combine 1c sugar + 1.25tsp cinnamon. Generously sprinkle btwn cuts. Wrap loaf in foil; put on baking sheet; bake @ 350deg 25-30min. Mix 1c icing sugar + 1-2Tbsp milk; drizzle over bread.
