Chili Casserole -1 lb ground meat (I used turkey, but you could use beef or venison) -2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. each) -1 package chili seasoning -2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -1 box Jiffy cornbread mix Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook meat and drain. Add sauce and seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 cup cheese. Place in 8 x 8 dish. Prepare cornbread according to package and evenly spoon over top. Bake for 15 minutes. Add remaining cheese and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
Cheesy Corn Dog Muffins. My kids LOVE these things, and secretly I do, too, even though I am not a fan of hot dogs. I double the milk and use a heaping cup of cheese. I also use hot dogs and cut them into circles, and then the circles in half.
