      Veggie Pizza Recipe- use vegan cream cheese and sour cream. Follow Your Heart and Galaxy Nutritional are two of my favorite options. Luckily the crescent rolls are already vegan! Yum!

      Veggie pizza PREP 15-20 minutes SERVES 20 2 pkgs. crescent dinner rolls 3/4 c. mayonnaise 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened (traditional recipe) OR 1 pk. cream cheese, softened and 1 cup cottage cheese!!! Gives it texture and zing! 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix 3 c. chopped vegetables: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green or red pepper, green onion, tomatoes 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese Unfold rolls flat onto large cookie sheet. Seal seams and press out as necessary to completely cover pan. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool. Mix next 3 ingredients; spread on crust. Chop vegetables finely.     Cold vegetable pizza - Bake crescent rolls on a cookie sheet then cool. Mix cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over the crust then add your favorite veggies to the top. We like some bacon and cheese on ours. (optional sprinkle lightly with onion salt)

    Fresh Veggie Pizza! Easy to make, quick and fun for kids!! Healthy spin on pizza, easy snack to make.

    2 cans of Pillsbury pizza dough (or Grand biscuits) 2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 tbsp. basil & of dried oregano & minced garlic 1/3 cup olive oil *1 package pepperoni, quartered *1 c Parmesan Preheat 350. Spray Bundt pan. Quarter dough & add all in a bowl & toss so that the oil is spread evenly. Bake 30 min. If the middle not cooked thoroughly, another 5 min at a time until done. Remove & let rest 5 min. Flip on to a plate & serve with marinara/pizza sauce dipping.
