Fruit Cooler - Taste of Home. A great pick-me-up drink during warm Spring & Summer weather. Add ice cubes while blending to make a slushy version, which is refreshing in the summer, when friends stop by, etc.

Strawberry Cooler...soooo...I didn't really follow this recipe at all. In fact, I kind of used this as a template for the basic ingredients, but ended up making more of a strawberry limeade. I blended 2 cups strawberries (halved), 1 cup lemon juice, and 1 cup sugar. I then added 3 cups ginger ale and 1 cup water. Definitely tasty!

Pear Cooler Ingredients 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) sliced pears, undrained 2 cups ice cubes 1 envelope whipped topping mix (Dream Whip) 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract, optional Directions In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
