    Breakfast bars. Press croissant dough in the bottom and sides of a 8x8 pan. Brown 1 lb. of breakfast sausage. Whip 5 eggs together and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until the eggs are done on 350 (about 15-20 minutes). Cut and enjoy! No fork needed. I make one like this just add oregano and try garlic crescent rolls! Yum!

Low-Roasted sweet potatoes -- slice sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch rounds. Brush both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Roast at 350 for 30 minutes, turning once. Raise temp to 400. Roast 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown

Boil potatoes for about 20 min until fork tender. Drain. Coat a rimmed cookie sheet well with olive oil. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and press with the bottom of a glass. Drizzle with more evoo and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 425 for 20- 30 minutes until slightly golden.
