One of our favorite Spring/Summer dishes: Seashell pasta salad with basil, tomatoes, mozzarella, and garlic. Super simple and delicious. Made with gluten free pasta of course. I find quinoa pasta to be the best :)
Greek Pasta Salad 1 box bowtie pasta 2 medium cucumbers sliced and quartered 4 Roma Tomatoes diced into large pieces cup Kalamata Olives 1 cup fresh Parmesan shredded 1 cup feta crumbled 2 cups Italian dressing more or less depending on your taste
Broccoli Pasta Salad--Pinner : "I made this for a Labor Day cookout and loved it. I'll double the broccoli and add a bit more of the dressing next time because the pasta expands so much. Very good recipe.
