The Breakfast Club (1985) - Dir. John Hughes was best known as the King of Teen Comedy. His trilogy, Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, are all bonafide classics. Even though I am a child of the seventies, I have a soft spot for 80s movies. These were good films. He died young. http://www.vanityfair.com/news/2010/03/john-hughes-201003

Each one of us is a brain...and an athlete... and a basket case...a princess...and a criminal. Sincerely yours, the Breakfast Club.

I want John Cusack holding a boombox outside my window. I want to ride off on a lawnmower with Patrick Dempsey. I want Jake from Sixteen Candles waiting outside the church for me. I want Judd Nelson thrusting his fist into the air because he knows he got me. Just ONCE I want my life to be like an 80's movie. But no... No, John Cusack didn't direct my life."

The Breakfast Club- I can probably recite half the movie. We watched it at every sleep over in my teens:)
