Cold Spinach Dip: 1 pkg Knorr Dry Vegetable Dip, 10 oz spinach, 16 oz sour cream, 1 c mayo, 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and chopped. Combine and chill. Serve with sourdough or pumperknickle bread chunks.
