Eagle Brand - Sweet Condensed Milk (which when boiled in the can for 8 hours) produces a thick caramel. Do NOT let the boiling water go below the level of the can or it will explode! It's a mess you will never forget. Use your crockpot, on HIGH, 8 hours of boiling. Cool before opening or it will explode then, too! In other words, make it a day in advance, let it get to room temperature.
Biscoff No Bake Cheesecake - The filling needs some spices like cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, and ginger. Or I could just use the crust idea for a pumpkin cheesecake. Of course, I would veganize this as well. Recipes are only a suggestion!
