    I fried the patties in some coconut oil. And I changed the amount of curry to 1 tbsp + 1 tsp, instead of just 1 tsp. And I served them on pretzel buns. Not a bad recipe. I'll tweak it a little more for next time. I'll use less cilantro & more curry. And I'll fry them a little longer in a little more oil to get them crispier in the middle. / baked curry spiced falafel sliders
