Breakfast Sandwich - Lazy version ~ slice croissants in half, layer ham and cheese, wrap in foil and store in cooler (I put the wrapped sandwiches in disposable tupperware in the cooler so they don't get crushed). In the morning, throw the packets on top
Smoky Beef-and-Bacon Chili. Like most chilis, this one is even better when made ahead. You can even freeze it up to a month or so beforehand and take it along in a cooler. We love the smoky bacon in this chili.
We always make Dutch Oven Pizza when camping, but have had a problem with it burning on the bottom of the crust, so the pie tins may help. Also, this would allow for making more pizzas than Dutch ovens. We use Rhodes dough rather than pizza dough mix.
Bacon Ranch Foil Potatoes, 3 sheets of heavy-duty foil baby red potatoes, thinly sliced 6 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon 1 packet ranch dressing mix Salt and pepper to taste 3 tablespoons butter Sour cream for serving, if desired
