      Potato Balls or Aloo Balls as they are known in Trinidad and Tabago and Guyana are a savory mixture of mashed potatoes rolled into balls, battered and deep fried. It can be eaten by it self but it is often served with a freshly made chutney of tart fruits balanced with sugar and heat from peppers, such as green mango chutney.

      Very good! I used a gluten-free flour to make these vegan and gluten free. Made them with the mango chutney. Turned out great! Great use of leftover mashed potatoes.
