Party Chicken...one of our favorites! Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins wrapped in bacon and then top with a mixture of cream of chicken soup and a cup of sour cream. Cover with foil and bake at 225 for about 4 hours. Then remove foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. This is great for Sunday dinner...just put it in before church and it's ready by noon! The chicken is so tender and tasty...you can cut it with a fork!
Sweet & Spicy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders - one of the best things we ate last week. Only 4 simple ingredients - chicken, bacon, brown sugar and chili powder. They only take about 5 minutes to make and are ready to eat in under 30 minutes. Sweet and salty in one bite!
Cooking bacon in water: lighter, more flavor, more evenly cooked. Put bacon strips in frying pan, just cover with water, cook on high until the water has boiled off, then turn down the heat and cook until crisp.
Honey Mustard, Maple, Rosemary Marinade for Chicken - The recipe here for the marinade is fabulous! I grilled our chicken and saved a bit of the sauce mix out before I put it on the chicken to baste the chicken with during the grilling process. Her cooking instructions here are probably not what I would do....but the concoction of flavors is SUPER!
