Enchilada Casserole 1 lb 95% lean ground beef 1 T Southwestern Seasoning Mix (or taco seasoning) 1/4 t salt 1 can enchilada sauce 3/4 c water 1/2 c medium thick and chunky salsa 12 (6") yellow corn tortillas 1/4 c snipped fresh cilantro, divided 1 c shredded colby and monterey jack cheese blend, divided sour cream and lime wedges (optional)
Pampered Chef Chicken & Noodle Stir-fry. Brett and I had this for dinner and it is one of our new favorite recipes! I didn't have an Asian Seasoning Mix so I used the recipe from the Homemade Seasoning Blends pin on my board. It turned out great!!!!
Mexican Casserole 1 pound lean ground beef 1 can Ranch Style beans 1 10-12 ounce bag tortilla chips, crushed (I didn't use the whole bag) 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes 1 small onion, chopped 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 package taco seasoning 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup water sour cream and salsa for serving
Cream Cheese Spaghetti casserole 12 oz spaghetti 1~28 oz jar spaghetti sauce 1 lb ground beef 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 clove garlic 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 c parmesan cheese Brown meat add sauce~Add cream cheese, Italian Seasoning & garlic to noodles-stir. Put part of meat in 9x13 pan, then noodle mix, rest of meat sauce, Parmesan on top Bake 350 for 30 min
1 packet taco seasoning 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 can (14.5oz) low-sodium chicken broth 6 chicken breasts 12 flour tortillas 2 cups pepper jack cheese 1/2 cup light ranch dressing 1/2 cup salsa Place chicken, taco seasoning, ranch mix and chicken broth in 6-quart slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Reserve liquid for rice. Divide chicken and cheese between tortillas. Roll up and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350
