Be careful as these are addictive! Cucumbers with a BANG! Baby cucumber Lemon juice Olive oil, salt, pepper and Chile powder. Chop a baby cucumber and add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and chili powder on top.

So simple and so delicious!! You will need: 2 cucumbers-peeled and sliced or quartered, 5 Roma tomatoes-quartered, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoons rice vinegar, Dill seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Combine all above ingredients and shake well. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. No carbs!! And it’s healthy and delicious!!
