Keeping track of parent communication just got easier! Prepare a communication form similar to the one shown. For each student, program a copy of the form and label a tabbed divider with pockets. Secure the materials in a binder so that each student’s form faces the corresponding divider. Store written correspondence in the pocket and jot down notes from phone calls and meetings on the form. Ha, to be this organized!
