Chicken taco chili...only about 200 calories a serving and makes 8 servings! 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can corn kernels, 16 oz tomato sauce, 28 oz diced tomatoes, packet taco seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 3 boneless chicken breasts. 6 hours high or 10 hours low in the crock pot Completed notes: YUMMY!!! I only made 1/2 recipe and K and I both loved it!!!
Started with this recipe as a guideline. I probably have 3 or 4 kinds of potato in there and half an apple, because why not add half an apple if I feel like it? We'll see how it turns out. My garlic was all bad, so it's just garlic powder. Boo.
Crockpot Chicken Tacos Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
