Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Tacos 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts 15 oz. jar of salsa 1 packet of taco seasoning 1/2-1 package of cream cheese Cover and Crock on HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 5-6 hours

THIS SOUNDS SO GOOD!! Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken-4 chicken breasts (frozen is fine), 1 cup salsa, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 packet taco seasoning, 1/2 cup sour cream, tortillas...Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken. In a bowl, combine soup and salsa. Pour over chicken. Cook on high 4 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream. Serve on tortillas or as desired.

Fiesta Dip 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 16 oz. container sour cream 11 oz. can sweet yellow and white corn, drained 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed 10 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained 1 1/2 Tbl. salsa seasoning mix (I used taco seasoning) 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese tortilla chips In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover; chill at least 24 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 10-12. (Can serve warm or cold)

CROCK-POT: Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken : 1 lb chicken + 1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1 cup salsa + 1 pkg taco seasoning = on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and add 1 cup sour cream, drained can of black beans and 1 cup frozen corn. Heat through and serve. I also added diced onion, green pepper, and red pepper. We served it over brown rice...all the kids even ate the peppers and onions!
