Dukan Lemon Bread:    4 TBSP oat bran  3 TBSP Splenda brown sugar  3 TBSP nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt  2 eggs  1 tsp vanilla  1 tsp lemon extract  1 tsp baking powder  1 tsp cinnamon     Place all ingredients in a glass loaf pan. Use a whisk to thoroughly mix ingredients. Microwave uncovered for 4 minutes. Let cool for about a minute and turn onto plate. Perfect with coffee in the morning or as a dessert after dinner.
