lizzies raw porridge - oats, amaranth/raisins/sunflower seeds/breaky mix , LSA, coconut, puffed quinoa, goji berries, dried cranberries, frozen mixed berries, cacao, mesquite and chia seeds all in a bowl, covered with raw milk (could use coconut water instead) and left in the fridge to soak in overnight - just scoop out in the morning, sprinkle with hemp seeds and eat - no more prep needed and dont feel hungry for several hours ;-)
