lazy dude turned runner. 12 full marathons, 16 halfs and 7 ultra marathons done so far, with much more coming up. Well have not ran since December Injury. Just had some more surgery and looking to make a massive comeback. Watch this space.

"So true. So many times i have quit because mentally I said I can't do it. When I realize my legs are in control, I go so much further." Agree! Sometimes my legs feel fine, but my core is all weak and tired. Cross training, anyone?
