Really, really tasty, but wouldn't freeze in the ice cream freezer. Ended up just putting it in tupperware and then straight into the freezer. Froze solid, but break into chunks and run it through a sno-cone machine (or just eat the chunks) and it's amazing!
Pan-Seared Lemon Sole (LOVE THIS… put it back into the line up of dishes) 1/4 cup all-purpose flour; 4 sole fillets; 1/2 tsp kosher salt; 4 1/2 tbs unsalted butter; 1 lemon, ends trimmed, sliced into 12 thin circles; 2 tbs capers, rinsed & drained. Nice with roasted vegetables. Reminds me of Nice (and La Cambuse)
