Baked Tacos- (in the words of Hallie B). I added rice and rotel to the meat/bean mixture and they were so easy and so good! Added bonus: the shells don't crack and fall apart when you bite into them. I don't think I'll ever make normal tacos again.
Oven Baked Tacos Brown ground beef and drain - add refried beans, taco seasoning and half can tomato sauce. Mix together, scoop into taco shells (stand them up in a casserole dish). Sprinkle cheese on top, bake at 375 for 10 minutes
