1 egg 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 small onion, chopped salt garlic powder 2 Tablespoon of thinly sliced scallions 2 cups cooked white rice, cold 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon ground black pepper chicken
DIRECTIONS: "better-than-takeout chicken fried rice. homemade! no yucky msg. and its easy" REVIEW: I personally didn't use chicken in this but it was sure tasty. Go a little lighter on the soy sauce and it is to die for. So easy to make and so delicious to eat!!!
Better-Than-Takeout Fried Rice 4 c rice, prepared 1/2# chicken breasts, cooked 1 c peas & carrots, frozen 1 white onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic 2 eggs 3 T sesame oil 1/4 c soy sauce Prepare rice according to package instructions to yield 4 c cooked rice. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, peas, and carrots. Stir fry until tender. Crack eggs into pan and scramble, mixing throughout vegetables. Add rice, chicken, and soy sauce to pan.
