Forget the "metabolism boosting" factor of these foods because honestly, any nutritionist/dietitian will tell you that these are AMAZINGLY nutritious foods. Besides, just eating every 4 hours will keep your metabolism going-going-going-going. I miss studying nutrition! Should have finished my minor in that after all!
