toasted ravioli...yum! I changed the recipe slightly so that the breading would stick and not fall off in the oil.  I coated the defrosted ravioli in flour, then egg, then italian breadcrumbs.  Next time I'll add parmesan cheese to the coating! Dee-frickin-licious.
