HAPPY QUILT BY ATSUKO MATSUYAMA What a cute baby quilt. Love the colors. Would probably do bricks instead of triangles

Okay, I usually zero in on piecing, but the quilting on this is REALLY cool. I love this idea of only quilting in the white/negative areas... it adds so much texture by making the colored squares "puffy!" I'd have been too chicken to try this without seeing someone else do it first. (And I love the colors in this quilt, too!) QD Springtime (7) by farbstoff-bridge, via Flickr

Heart Quilt...this could be a fun way to use memory fabrics (from clothes, kerchiefs or such) to keep memories in your heart...hmmm...

"Nicey Jane Charm Quilt: Front A simple quilt made from Nicey Jane charms... I seem to have to use charms and other precuts before I dive into my yardage! Anyway I love how this came out... sweet and simple"

What a cute idea for a memory #quilt - filmstrips with photo blocks across the quilt. This might be a great idea for the Harry Potter quilt or Doctor Who quilt I would like to make.

Should so do this! I've already planned to have one made of all his "school" (field trips/special type shirts) and also his baseball/sports (if ever there is any) shirt! Quilt idea from old baby clothes
