To drink on Halloween or Autumn Evenings The best recipe for apple cider! 1 gallon of 100% apple juice, ½ gallon of pineapple juice, 1 cinnamon stick, 5 clove pieces, ½ t. nutmeg, 1 sliced orange, juice of 1 lemon, & ½ c. sugar. Combine all ingredients in a big pot on the stove and simmer for 2-3 hours or in a large crock pot for 2 hours on high, then turn to low to keep warm. It can be left on all day.

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.

Pizza In a Crock Pot. We had this tonight and it was delish. I used an entire box of pasta rather than just 3 cups. Also used a cup less of cheese and there was still plenty on there. It was good!

4-5 boneless chicken breasts, 1 can each of corn and black beans (drained), jar of salsa, lime juice and zest, black pepper. Add cream cheese in last 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

"The best recipe there ever was. It can’t be Christmas without it. 1 gallon of apple juice (100% apple juice) ½ gallon of pineapple juice 1 cinnamon stick 5 clove pieces ½ t. nutmeg 1 orange, sliced juice of 1 lemon ½ c. sugar Combine all ingredients in a big pot on the stove and simmer for 2-3 hours. Or in a large crock pot for 2 hours on high, then turn to low or ‘keep warm’ and can be left on all day. (Favorite method is in the crock pot.) Recipe from Helen Robinson of Canyon, Texas"
