Designed as the face of a maiden with long flowing tresses extending to form part of the frame, her headdress set with small old European-cut diamonds and a ruby, atop a trefoil of green plique-à-jour enamel bordered by old European-cut and rose-cut diamonds and anchored by a pearl drop, some cracks to enamel.
