Chickpea, Tomato, and Feta Salad. 1/4 cup canned chickpeas 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup crumbled feta 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 2 tsp. olive oil 1 tsp. dried oregano or basil 1/8 tsp. salt ground pepper Rinse and drain chickpeas. Combine all ingredients.

Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce. 1 stick butter, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 pint heavy cream, 1 cup fresh Parmesan, 2 T cream cheese, 1/4 t salt, 1/2 t white pepper.

Drain off excess liquid from cucumbers and mix with sugar, vinegar, oil & salt. Sprinkle the zaatar over the cucumbers. Mix well then chill. Decorate with olives before serving.
