No Bake Cheesecake: 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup sour cream, 2 tsp. vanilla extract, 8 oz. Cool Whip, 1 9 oz graham cracker crust......... Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla. Gently beat in Cool Whip. Pour into crust- invert top plastic cover of crust- chill 3-4 hours OR freeze 15 -30 minutes, depending on your freezer.

Crockpot Italian Chicken - 4 Chicken Breasts 2 Cans FAT FREE Cream of Chicken Soup 1 8-oz. LOW FAT OR FF Cream Cheese 1 Packet Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Seasoning Me: I cooked in dutch oven, not crock. Sauce was too thick, need to thin somehow and it won't be as salty either. Overall it was okay, not great.

Macaroni Salad from Cook’s Country Mag -- Really good & simple. 1lb elbow mac, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1 celery rib minced, 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 1/2 c. mayo. I added 8 oz cubed sharp cheddar and 1/2 c or so chopped sweet pickles. Delish!
