Easy Sesame Chicken. Good recipe-- next time I'd like to try putting less vinegar and adding orange juice and maybe ketchup to the sauce. Also, less ginger only because I'm not a huge ginger fan! Very quick to cook so give your rice about a 10 minute head start. :)
Simple Sesame Noodles - simple & delicious comfort food. I used honey instead of white sugar and red pepper flakes instead of hot chili oil. Maybe add 1 less tbsp of canola oil next time, but super tasty overall and a hit with the fam.
Thai Stir Fried Noodles (Pad See Ew) - I crave Asian food something wicked and so little of it is GP-friendly. I'll leave out the Chinese broccoli for broken tummy. Maybe sub the leaf section of baby bok choi, stir-fried or blanched until tender. My GP tummy doesn't mind canned water chestnuts, even though they're crunchy, so I might add those too.
