This is a great game to play with the students! Games make everything more fun and interesting to learn. Students can team up in pairs and play this game, ticking something off when they've completed it. Or they could even do it individually. The first two or three people to get three in a row get a reward. (Mix up the squares for each handout so that the students aren't doing the same ones as everyone else; add in some variety).
Mrs-Bainbridges-Oasis Shop - Free download of a nice game. Students have to be well prepared because they don't know what their task will be. This is a nice game for any review. You could even make die that were numbered 1-3 and 4-6 so you could differentiate. Could use it for on the spot observation assessment or assigning homework or independent practice.
