I dont have time or money for a gym so I do anything I can do in my living room...this is my new workout: Set my alarm on my phone for 5min later, do cardio such as run in place/jumping jacks/climb the stairs ANYTHING that keeps my heart rate up. When the alarm goes off I hit snooze which is 5 min long, I then do strength exercises like leg lifts/pushups/crunches/weights/squats untill the alarm goes off.
