Garlic Parmesan Roasted Chickpea Snack

Vegetarian • Gluten free • 1 hr to make • Serves 10

Produce

2 cans (15.5oz each) garbanzo beans
1 tsp Garlic or more if you like

Baking & Spices

1 Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Coconut oil

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

    garlic parmesan roasted chicpea | 2 cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained; 1/2c. parmesan cheese, grated; 1tsp minced garlic; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1/2 tsp salt; pepper to taste ... directions: drain beans and rinse well. lay them on paper towels to dry for about 30 minutes. preheat oven to 400. in a bowl, mix together oil, garlic, salt and cheese until crumbly and oil is absorbed. add beans to bowl mixture and toss to coat. lay beans on a baking sheet and bake for 45 min. until golden and crispy.
