    Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken Recipe This is another delicious one I shred and make into lettuce wraps. Be really careful with chicken in the slow cooker - you want to cook boneless skinless chicken breasts on low for 6 hours, and take them right out if you can. If you can't (i hardly ever can) add enough chicken stock/broth to cover them completely, so they don't dry out while they hold.

    Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried basil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 tsp dried minced onion 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp EVOO 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 24oz Chicken breasts Combine the first five dry spices in a small bowl and spread over chicken on both sides. Set aside. Pour olive oil and garlic on the bottom of the crock pot. Place chicken on top. Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. (from Jen Abatiello)
