    Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken Recipe This is another delicious one I shred and make into lettuce wraps. Be really careful with chicken in the slow cooker - you want to cook boneless skinless chicken breasts on low for 6 hours, and take them right out if you can. If you can't (i hardly ever can) add enough chicken stock/broth to cover them completely, so they don't dry out while they hold.

Set aside. Pour olive oil and garlic on the bottom of the crock pot. Place chicken on top. Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Sprinkle with fresh parsley on top to serve.

5-Star*****Carnitas..this smells unbelievable in the CROCKPOT. It is So delicious..read directions carefully-uses a 4-5lb. pork shoulder or butt, but once you shred it and remove most of the fat, it's enough for a meal with leftovers, even better the next day! My daughter asks for this...and brings friends!
