Apple Cider Rum Punch. 8 oz dark rum, 3 oz lemon juice, 4 oz thyme simple syrup, 12 oz apple cider, 4 oz water, 4 oz club soda, 8 dashes of bitters, sprigs of thyme and apple wheels for garnish. Thyme simple syrup, combine 2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups water and 6 sprigs of thyme in a pot and bring to boil. Bring to a Boil then reduce to a simmer until sugar is disolved then cool. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher over ice and mix.
