1lb ground beef, 2 cloves garlic, 1 diced onion, 4 c chicken broth, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can white kidney beans, 1 can kidney beans, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp cumin, salt and pepper, 12 ounces pasta, 8 oz shredded cheddar, 2 TB fresh parsley. Cook ground beef, add onion & garlic. drain. Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, beans, chili powder and cumin; season with salt and pepper. Boil, add pasta cook about 13-15 min.

Add 1 env. taco seasoning, 1 can nacho cheese soup, 10 oz. can tomato with green chilies, 1-1/2 c. milk, 3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, Cook 8-10 mins. top with tortilla chips and sharp cheese on top.....can keep on warm in crockpot till serving time..( can add pinto beans)
