Here's what I learned...I made 3 kinds: scrambled, egg and yolk straight out of the cracked shell, and egg white only. I sprinkled the eggs with salt and pepper before baking and served them on an english muffin with a slice of cheese. I actually preferred the egg white only best. The scrambled egg overflowed from the muffin tin and seemed very dense.

Delicious French Toast Bake Recipe This is truly a great breakfast dish! recipe, substituting cinnamon raisin bread for Texas Toast. Instead of serving it w/ maple syrup, she will heat/reduce fresh berries (blackberry, blueberry, huckelberry) on the stove top while baking. This says 45 minutes, but I can tell you, this is truly about 1.5 hrs as it soaks overnight in fridge, and is really cold when put in the oven. Plan accordingly
FrenchToastBake: Ingredient:1 stick melted butter-1 cup brownsugar-1 loaf Texas toast-4 eggs-1 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla=Directions:Melt butter in microwave & add brown sugar stir till mixed-Pour butter sugar mix into bottom of 9x13 pan-Beat eggs, milk, vanilla-Layer of Texas Toast in pan-Spoon 1/2 of egg mixture on bread layer-Add 2nd layer of toast-Spoon on remaining egg mix-Cover & chill in fridge overnight-Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (covered for the first 30 minutes)-Serve warm
