Smoked Mullet Dip... we ate at PARK'S seafood resturant in Fla. still remember Smoked Mullet dip w/ Captain's Wafers & the best Manhattan style fish chowder. Don't think they used bell pepper. ***another recipe: makes 36 servings 1 wholelarge smoked mullet 2 12 oz containerswhipped cream cheese 5 oz bottlesweet hot sauce Pick the meat off of bones, discard any dark meat (has a nasty flavor) chop finely In small mixing bowl combine all ingredients . Mash mixture well. Refrigerate overnight.
