Breakfast bars. Press croissant dough in the bottom and sides of a 8x8 pan. Brown 1 lb. of breakfast sausage. Whip 5 eggs together and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until the eggs are done on 350 (about 15-20 minutes). Cut and enjoy! No fork needed.

Sausage, Gravy and Biscuit Breakfast Casserole recipe. Made this for dinner because we had some leftover cooked breakfast sausage from the weekend. I just needed to buy the biscuits and the gravy packet- had everything else. It is delicious!! Will definitely make again and would be great for easy breakfast for overnight guests.
