I'm sold!!! :) 2 ingredient lemon bars..box of angel food cake mix and a can of lemon pie filling... Mix them together and bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. As they are cooling, you can sprinkle with powder sugar if you wish (Which I guess technically makes this a 3-ingredient recipe).

Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies with Lemon Glaze | this was a GREAT cookie (add just cup more sugar for a sweeter cookie if you don't want to do the glaze but the glaze with lemon adds that additional flavor that's such a delicious combination with the berries)
Take a box of Angel Food Cake mix , and combine it with a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. When you do this, something magical happens. The mixture starts to froth and it turns into an amazingly airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness right before your eyes. Once its all mixed up, simply pour it into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Two Ingredient Lemon Bars | These were such a simple side dish & a great use for cauliflower (it seems we always end up roasting it). The cheese added a really nice depth of flavor & the cayenne just gave that bit of heat at the back of the throat.
